About the role:-
The successful applicant’s responsibilities will include the following:
- Data entry of creditor invoices and reconciliation of creditor statements
- Processing weekly and monthly payments to creditors.
- Accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding debtors.
- Daily reconciliation of bank account
- Daily banking and credit card reconciliations
- Monthly reconciliations
Skills and experience:-
We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
- Reliable, accurate and methodical, and pays attention to detail
- Energetic and positive
- Courteous and helpful
- Strong computer skills and organisational skills
- Proven experience in an accounts role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
