Sundance Racking Pty Ltd is in Victoria and NSW. Its operation is installing racking for a multitude of organisation.
This position plays a crucial role in supporting management with reliable information for informed decision making. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team
We’re looking for an Accounts Clerk. The duties include but are not limited to:
- Accounts payable / data entry / reconciliation
- Accounts receivable / data entry / reconciliation
- Payroll/Timesheet data entry
- Complete end of month statements
- File management.
- Administration tasks to support the team as required.
About You
This position is a part-time role that requires a flexible, professional and motivated professional dedicated to achieving results.
- MUST have a minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
- MUST have a minimum of 3 years experience in payroll – Timesheet data entry.
- MUST have a minimum of 3 years experience with MYOB.
- Finance experience required.
- Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft products Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic team environment.
- Attention to detail.
