We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager/ Experienced Bookkeeper who likes to multi-task and is willing to get involved with all facets of our stainless steel manufacturing and distribution business.
If you have an accounting background and a person who likes a challenge to stabilise redirect and drive a team, we would like to hear from you.
We would like a self-starter who will also review office procedures, direction of the business including budgets and targets.
Must have experience as a bookkeeper / accountant for the full function of the accounts, office procedures and management and the full operations of small business incorporating internal sales.
- - Account payables / receivables.
- - Invoicing, statements
- - Bank reconciles.
- - Full inventory function
- - Banking / overseas transactions
- - Payroll, PAYG
- - BAS /GST
- - End of month reports /targets budgets / help to drive the team to achieve their targets
- - Stock reporting and re-ordering
- - Support and drive the sales team assist with internal sales
MYOB account right is the accounting package we use. Our office is based in Burleigh Heads. Immediate start would be ideal. Good salary is on offer for the right candidate.
