The ideal candidate will have a professional friendly approach and be able to multi task. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
Responsibilities include:
- Accounts Receivable - Invoicing and Debt Collection
- Accounts Payable - supplier payments and RCTI management
- Reconciliations
- Assisting with Month-End
- Customer file maintenance and quotations
- Learning a new transport management system - management of customer/driver requirements
- Ad-hoc projects and business analysis
Skills and Knowledge preferred:
- Accounting Degree.
- Knowledge of MS Office including Outlook and Excel
- Knowledge of Xero
- Proven knowledge and experience working across different areas of accounts
- Ability to prioritise your tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
