- Collect, process and accurately record all invoices and payments by the due dates following corporate financial guidelines
- Maintain the integrity of the Accounts Payable database and ensure information is accurate and current
- Process both local currency and foreign currency invoices
- Upload electronic payment batches onto the Treasury platform to meet the payment deadline
- Collaborating on and communicating concerns/issues as part of the accounts payable team on a timely basis
- Support Accounts Receivable and other finance functions as required, including month-end tasks
- Industry experience working in Accounts Payable and/or Receivable
- Attention to detail and high standard of accuracy
- Certificate III in Business Administration/Finance
- Knowledge of BPCS or similar ERP system
