The Position
We are currently seeking an Accounts Officer to join our dedicated accounts team on a part time basis. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with all aspects of accounts payables and accounts receivables
- Assist with the monthly billing process across all areas of the firm
- Support the management of trust accounts
- Reconciliation of bank statements
- Provide general administrative support to the accounts team
About You
- Experience working in accounts OR currently working towards an accounting degree at university
- Strong numeracy and Microsoft excel skills
- Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to new systems and pick things up quickly
- Experience working in accounts in a law firm is highly advantageous
- Experience working with trust accounts is highly advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
