Evergreen Shipping Agency (Australia) Pty Ltd is a shipping agency of one of the largest shipping line in the world, Evergreen Line. We are based in North Sydney and are currently seeking a professional Accountant to join our finance team.

The successful applicant should have:

• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Outstanding communication and time management skills
• Knowledge of MS Excel.
• Preference will be given to applicants with previous shipping industry experience.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Invoicing and debt collection
• Bank reconciliations
• Vendor invoices and statement reconciliation
• Monitor purchase requirements
• Liaising with various stakeholders.
• Cash reports
• Other tasks as directed by the management.
