Accounts Officer

Location: CBD

Salary Package: $70K + Super

Role Highlights: National scope electronics services company based in the CBD. Working within a fast-paced environment the role plays a critical function in a close team which is strongly supported by the broader finance team.

Role Overview: As the Accounts Officer, you will be reporting to the finance manager. You will be responsible for contributing to the Accounts Payables function in an end-to-end capacity and supporting the Accounts Receivable function as well. You will also provide bank/credit reconciliations and compete adhoc finance administration.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable Invoicing
• Document processes for clarity of workflow
• Manage the AP inbox
• Follow up and resolve AP related issues in a timely manner
• Liaise with vendors on when payments will be made

Candidate Profile:

• You will have 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and work independently
• Experience with SAP beneficial
