It is imperative that the candidate has strong, established skills in bookkeeping, inventory management and human resources. You will need excellent attention to detail, aand exhibit poise and composure in high pressure situations. The candidate must possess a high level must demonstrate exceptional practical judgement, organisation and strong computer skills. Experience with accounting software, will be strongly regarded.

What you will do:
- Inputting customer payments
- Account reconciliations
- Full payroll, including submission of IAS, Superannuation, Workcover
- Full accounts payable function
- Preparation for BAS
- Financial Reporting
- Managing a large inventory
- Stock receipt and billing
- Liaising with national / international suppliers
- Debt collection
- Human resources; including advertising, conducting interviews, compiling contracts, interpreting legislation and processing terminations.
- Close liaison with customer service and warehouse teams
- Reporting to the Directors
About You:
- Fast, efficient and highly accurate data entry
- A minimum of 5 years full accounts bookkeeping experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi task and perform under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Natural leadership skills
- Friendly, positive, motivated and helpful team player
- Energy and enthusiasm - high level of engagement required
- Formal qualifications highly regarded
