Job Offer: Client Liaison Officer

North Queensland's most awarded and trusted builder has a 6 month contract position available for Client Liaison Officer to join our dedicated and successful team.

This contract has potential and is likely to be extended by a further contract period and may become an ongoing permanent role.

The position is for full time hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm).

Role requirements

1. Undertake Colour Selections with owner(s) including all required follow up

• Complete colour selections meeting with owner;
• Visit suppliers with owner and provide assistance and guidance;
• Compile and review all supplier quotes and client selections;
• Prepare and finalise selections ready for construction team;.

2. Customer service liaison to all custom home clients

• Provide regular (weekly) updates to all owners;
• Monitor client satisfaction through follow-up to solve client concerns
• Be the main point of contact for owners;
• Take measures for research and the resolution of client-raised questions and requests
• Coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to provide accurate and timely response to owner communication.

3. Prepare documents/drawings to accompany variations

4. General assistance to the Construction Planning Team

Desirable experience

1. Previous experience in a similar position (interior decorating background/knowledge would be beneficial (even if only a passion for it))
2. Previous experience as customer liaison and/or in customer service
3. Previous contract admin experience is beneficial
4. Experience using drafting software (Revit or similar 3D modelling software or CAD software)
5. Excellent computer skills required - working knowledge of Microsoft OneNote, Outlook and other Microsoft applications is desirable
6. Immediate start available and desired

The wage for this position will be set in consideration of skills and experience.
