Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Import/Export Operations Officer with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves coordinating and managing import and export activities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process import and export documentation.
- Coordinate with shipping agents, customs brokers, and other logistics partners.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Track shipments and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve issues related to shipping, customs, or documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions.
- Support the logistics team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of import/export regulations.
