Accounts Officer - Fuel

About the role 

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Officer on a full-time basis.  You’ll be working in our Finance and Accounts team at our head office located in Mile End, with plenty of free onsite parking and a bus stop right out the front. 

Using SAP Business One and Pipeline your key responsibilities will include –

• Verifying daily fuel invoices using Pipeline to ensure the following is correct –
  • Unit price
  • Volume
  • Allocated location (including split loads)
  • Data entry of fuel and freight invoices into SAP Business One
  • Rasing and distributing accounts receivable invoices for wholesale customers 
  • Calculation of internal freight charges at end of month
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements 
  • Advising Payments Officer what is required to be paid to fuel providers
  • Completion of daily bank reconciliations using SAP Business One

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written, as daily interaction with key stakeholders is required
• An eye for detail and high levels of accuracy
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions
• Flexibility and willingness to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Successful candidate will be paid inline with the Clerks – Private Sector Award.
