Description
Your main job duties will include:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and efficiently.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support as required.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance department.
Profile
The successful candidate will have at least 1 - 2 years of Accounts Officer experience, including end to end AP experience. They will have great attention to detail, high accuracy and work with a sense of urgency. Good communication skills is a must.
