The Opportunity
The opportunity exists to join our friendly, enthusiastic and tight knit team
Day to day activities include:
Accounts Receivable responsibilities
Invoice processing
Contacting customer for payment resolution
Monitoring payment arrangements
Reconciling payments received & resolving discrepancies
Weekly/Monthly reporting
Accounts Payable responsibilities
Process & verify invoices
Prepare monthly payment schedule
Weekly/Monthly reporting
About you
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Able to work autonomously or part of a team
Experience with Xcel, Xero, CIN7 (DEAR)
Salary and Benefits
Salary package negotiable for experienced candidates
Part time 25 hours per week, flexible hours, immediate start
