About the position:
NSW's leading home builders are looking to immediately hire an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Officer. This is full time opportunity for an experienced accounts professional. This role will see you liaising with senior team members and directors of the company, so confidence is key.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable
- A senior accounts professional is ideal
- Must have full working rights, no restrictions
- SAP, XERO skills ideal
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Customer invoicing experience is essential
- Previous experience with high volume invoicing
- Ability to work with a high volume of workload
- Manual invoicing experience
- Experience or keen interest in construction or project homes
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in an office / accounts capacity
- Exposure to the construction industry a bonus but not essential
- Confident in using accounting softwares
- Exceptional communication and organisation skills
- Friendly, positive outlook
- Advanced computer skills – Microsoft office Suite. SAP, XERO
