Our business is rapidly growing, and we are currently seeking a highly organised and self-motivated Accounts Officer / bookkeeper for cover during maternity leave. The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail, effectively problem solve and have good time management.

RoleRoles and Responsibilities will involve:
- Quote & estimate creation
- Statement reconciliation
- Management of electronic records and databases
- Assist CFO and Management Accountants with tax and financial matters
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Financial data entry
- Banking
- Proficiency in Xero
- A Certificate IV in Bookkeeping/accounting or higher
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work flexibly and under pressure
- High proficiency in Microsoft 365, ideally with an understanding of SharePoint
- BAS preparation
