The Role

The position is based at our Molendinar facility. The business requires an experienced Accounts Officer/office administrator, to join our highly motivated team and assist with our growth plans.

Working closely with both the Finance Manager and CFO your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Supplier invoicing
• Accounts Payable and Receivable - processing and reconciliation
• Monitoring and following up overdue debtors
• Daily Bank reconciliations
• Generating of reports
• Ongoing general ledger maintenance and reconciliation
• Direct contact with customers
• Workshop support 
• General office administration and co-ordination
• Reception duties
• Assist in day-to-day operations

 Critical to your success will be:

• Proven bookkeeping experience or qualification (essential)
• Advanced MYOB AccountRight skills
• High level of proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite of products. (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• High level of proficiency handling payables/receivables including credit control
• Excellent time management / organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail, positive attitude 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
