As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will manage supplier invoices, ensure accurate record-keeping, and timely payment processing while adhering to company policies and procedures.

- Process a high volume of invoices accurately and swiftly, verifying proper account allocation
- Review and process accounts, ensure compliance with company policy for approvals
- Reconcile invoices, make necessary adjustments, and manage outstanding payments
- Prepare regular analyses of Accounts Payable to track account status
- Ensure precise data entry for payment processing
- Address audit issues related to Accounts Payable
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
The ideal candidate
- At least 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable environment
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including accounting systems and Excel
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
