As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will manage supplier invoices, ensure accurate record-keeping, and timely payment processing while adhering to company policies and procedures.

The role:

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and swiftly, verifying proper account allocation
• Review and process accounts, ensure compliance with company policy for approvals
• Reconcile invoices, make necessary adjustments, and manage outstanding payments
• Prepare regular analyses of Accounts Payable to track account status
• Ensure precise data entry for payment processing
• Address audit issues related to Accounts Payable
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports

The ideal candidate

• At least 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable environment
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including accounting systems and Excel
• Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
