Accounts Payable

An amazing community based Not For Profit is looking for 2 x Accounts Payable Officers to join their growing team. This is a purpose driven environment based in the Brisbane CBD, these are in-office roles supporting a busy national finance team.

The Accounts Payable Officers  will report to the Accounts Payable Manager and will be based on a 3 or 6 month contract with possibility of going permanent.

Responsibilities include but not limited too:

• Processing of supplier invoices and employee expenses 
• Assist with pay runs
• Create new supplier accounts and maintain vendor accounts
• Working with stakeholders nationally
• Working as part of the team to handle the AP inbox and requests

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous experience processing invoices (high volume would be advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
