About the Role
We're looking for a full time Accounts Payable specialist who can work independently, is very organised and reliable, a good team player, and has excellent attention to detail.
We are an Ag based retail business that has gone through a rapid growth phase and in this role you will support the accountant with the day to day processing of Accounts Payable as well as general office admin, including the answering of phones in our busy office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accounts payable
- Data Entry
- Accounts / Bank Reconciliations
- Invoicing
- Company Credit Card Reconciliations
- Any other general office administration duties
- Identify and resolves discrepancies
About You
- Minimum 2 years experience in high volume Accounts Payable role
- Willingness to learn
- Great data entry skills.
- Good communication.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles.
- Organising records.
- Attention to detail.
- Have an understanding of the bigger picture.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
