Your New Job:
- Reporting to Head of Finance - Enjoy working with a close-knit team that genuinely believes in helping each other to get the job done!
- Interesting role that consists mainly of Accounts Payable duties, as well as general account administration duties
- Accounts Payable responsibilities include: Managing payables inbox; assisting with invoice approval process; reconciliation of monthly supplier statements; price checking invoices;
- Other adhoc administration duties as required; entering invoice data into specific managed spreadsheets; assisting with queries from both internal and external stakeholders
- 50% WFH arrangement after initial 2-month onboarding period in the office!
- Full PD available for short listed candidates
Successful Candidate:
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role a must
- Strong Microsoft office skills - Excel!!
- Prior experience using accounting software programs
- A positive, proactive attitude & willing to contribute to an already established great workplace culture
- High organisation skills a must - can be confident when liaising with suppliers, customer & team members
