Stockwell is seeking a candidate for an Accounts Payable role to contribute to the financial management and sustainability of a well renowned, inter-generational Queensland property group.
Stockwell is experiencing an expansion phase, with a number of new Residential, Lifestyle Resort, Retail and Commercial properties and projects in the pipeline.
This role has been created by the internal promotion of the previous incumbent.
Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Finance and working across the business, you will contribute to the day to day running of the finance function. You will support the financial management and compliance of our business.
You will be responsible for:
- Processing invoices and subcontractors claims for our Design and Construction business.
- Providing support to the broader business.
- Control of low volume Accounts Receivable invoicing and collection.
- Preparation of payment runs.
What you will need to succeed in this role:
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- One to three years’ experience working in a commercial Accounts Payable role.
- Understanding of property industry is well recognised but not essential.
