Description
- Coding and lifting information into their new system (Dynamics 365)
- Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests for accuracy and proper authorisation
- Prepare and process payments to vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Accounts Payable transactions and related documentation.
- Resolve payment-related issues, and maintain strong working relationships.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
- Other ad hoc duties
Profile
The successful candidate will be Immediately Available to start in early Jan 2024 and will have at least 2 years experience working in a similar AP role. Additionally, they will have experience using a variety of accounting software's, and therefore will be tech savvy. Most importantly, they will have a strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and a can do attitude.
