About the role:
- Work with the APAC Accounts Payable (AP) team to ensure processes in the India Business Centre (IBC) are created and followed.
- Monitor all reports coming from APAC AP to ensure they are accurate.
- Analyse reports to identify areas of improvement.
- Create and circulate the AP report to the business.
- Work with APAC AP to drive efficiency from the IBC team members.
- Assist the business with dispute resolutions.
- Address and resolve SG&A disputes, ensuring correct allocations and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Controlling the Dispute Distribution List and ensuring they are allocated evenly across the business.
- Monitor the Resolution Codes and Invalid Dispute Codes, driving improvements to minimize dispute occurrences.
- Manage key relationships with local suppliers to ensure alignment with agreements and facilitate effective communication.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the business, assisting in the resolution of complex disputes.
- Drive further automation within Maple (Internal Software)
- Work with Maple IT team as required on software requirements and testing.
About you:
- Finance administration experience
- Accounts Payable experience desirable (not essential)
- Take initiative to improve business processes and provide suggestions on improvement
- Ability to work and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent dispute resolution skills
