Accounts Payable

Autoleague have a rewarding career opportunity for an experienced Full-Time Accounts Payableto join their vibrant collaborative team at our Melville Hub, which encompasses Melville Volkswagen, Melville Hyundai and Melville LDV.

In this role you will:

• Accurate input of supplier invoice and credit note details into relevant finance systems.
• Follow Invoice approval process in line with relevant delegation of authority.
• Processing high volume of invoices in accordance with month end deadlines and paid within supplier terms.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Monitor AP inboxes and address emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify issues, investigate, and achieve resolution within appropriate timeframes.
• Reconciliation of supplier statements.

Skills you’ll bring:

• 1 to 2 years’ experience in Accounts Officer role.
• Experience in high volume invoice processing, general ledger codes, reconciliation of statement.
• Computer literate and Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Excellent time management and the ability to thrive in a fast paced and agile environment.
• Ability to communicate in a confident and clear manner with internal and external stakeholders.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• A fast learner, conscientious with a strong work ethic
