The Company

On offer is a permanent, full-time position as an Accounts Payable Officer within the Finance team, overseeing invoicing, account reconciliation, and supplier and vendor relationships, all while enjoying a collaborative environment.
The Position
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, your duties will include:
- Promptly execute payments to local and international suppliers
- Oversee supplier relationships and ensure timely reconciliation of business accounts
- Review processed invoices to follow-up approvals and ensure compliance
- Perform bank account reconciliations and maintain up-to-date ledgers and figures
- Process time-sensitive local and international transactions with utmost urgency
- Oversee management and maintenance of trade finance balances
- Thoroughly and accurately reconcile credit card statements
- Handle month-end processing with efficiency and precision
- Establish and uphold local bank accounts
The Candidate
Professionals with proactive, learning-oriented attitudes, seeking to develop their skills and unlock their potential for growth in a dynamic work environment, are encouraged to apply.
You will have experience in Customer Service with the desire the transition into an Accounts Payable role, and worked in a sector involved in manufacturing and/or distributing products to the market, as well as exhibit the following skills:
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, MS Suite, and/or Accounting softwares
- Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, and/or distribution sectors
- Possess an eagerness to learn, a problem-solving mindset, and high attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- A mindset that readily embraces and combats challenges
- Efficient at managing time and juggling multiple priorities
- A team player, capable of interacting seamlessly with cross-functional departments
- An understanding of foreign exchange and international supplier relations (desirable)
