Accounts Payable Officer

You’ll be joining the Corporate Services Team at Komatsu Underground, a team with an empathetic, people focussed leader and fun, inclusive culture.    

Daily you’ll be responsible for timely and accurate functioning of manual and automated Accounts Payable systems including processes, data entry and payments.  

This includes high volume invoice matching & processing and coordinating invoice discrepancies. You’ll ensure pay runs (domestic, foreign & BPays) are executed on time whilst maintaining the shared mailbox and addressing any queries.

• High School Certificate   
• Certificate III in Business (desirable)   
• Minimum four years in Accounts Payable/Finance   
• Microsoft Office with SAP experience preferred.   
• Knowledge of Accounts and Accounts systems, including Accounts Payable sub-system, general ledger, Purchase Order system, SAP VIM , Excel, SAP Concur  etc.
