About the Assignment
This position will deliver quality and efficient transactional accounting and reporting. You will join a tight-knit and industrious team of AP professionals, operating within an ERP finance environment.
You will deliver quality and efficient transactional accounting, credit card management and reporting services to the entire Santos community.

- Effective and timely collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as required
- Uphold and ensure compliance with all company standards and processes.
- Ensure compliance with and adherence to standards for EHS performance and behavior consistent with Company’s Values, environmental, and health & safety policies and standards
- Daily Inputting Accounts Payable invoices
- Timely Accounts Payable issue resolution working with key internal and supplier stakeholders
- Follow up aged invoices on a regular basis
- Assist with Portalink Digital Invoice Entry solution
- Assemble audit data as required
- Monthly Supplier Statement review and reconciliations as required.
- Participate in process improvement projects across Finance.
- Additional activities as required by the Accounts Payable Team Leader
Location for this assignment is Santos Head Office in Adelaide.
About You
- Accounting/Business diploma (preferred)
- Previous experience in a transactional processing role
- Strong work experience within a high volume, fast paced, preferably large corporate environment
- You will be proficient in the use of ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle or similar),
- Experience in MS Excel and Procure to Pay solutions (e.g., Coupa)
- A solutions-oriented outlook, strong attention to detail, structured organisational skills, and an ability to work in a high performing team
