About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team in Northgate. Day to day you will be responsible for the accurate processing of a high volume of invoices ensuring timely processing for our vendors and suppliers. Your duties will include;
- Accurate processing of Accounts Payable transactions.
- Verifying compliance of all received invoices and processing within our systems (ABBYY, IFS and Felix).
- Validating insurances before the end of the month or prior to invoice payments.
- Handling credit applications and conducting supplier evaluations.
- Processing staff reimbursements.
- Managing and reconciling visa statements.
- Contributing to the enhancement of efficient practices and procedures.
What you'll bring to the team
- Experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable role.
- Experience and knowledge of ERP accounting systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
