The role We’re looking for a dynamic AP Officer to join our experienced finance team based at Stafford. This is a high-volume role where you will work across multiple business streams undertaking data entry, payment runs, coding, filing, reconciliations and backing up other team members as needed. You’ll be happy answering the phone, working at pace, and multitasking. Our finance team undertakes many paper based manual processes, so you’ll need to be comfortable printing, writing codes, stamping and scanning. This role will suit someone with excellent communication skills, who is collaborative, has a can-do-attitude and has proven ability working within a large team environment. The day to day Processing Accounts Payable invoices Coding and data entry of invoices Filing of invoices and other paperwork for/from payment processing Managing Accounts Payable email inbox Reconciliation of supplier statements Reconciling Travel Card and Promaster Sustainability Reporting on Portal Liaison with site Administrators Assisting with EFT, BPay and International payment runs and other adhoc payment The Essentials At least 2 years Accounts Payable experience within a high-volume environment A high level of computer literacy including Excel, with Pronto The ability to work independently and as part of a team High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise your workload A commitment to quality, service, and innovation Professional manner and appearance.
