Your role:
Joining an organisation with long tenure and great stability, you'll be reporting into the Company Accountant:
- Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all data entry and payment are accurate.
- Complete weekly payment runs for payment of vendors.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Stock maintenance & reconciliation.
- Planning & Ordering of site packaging materials
- Ensure suppliers are providing the best price, quality and service for packaging material
- Other Ad hoc Account & Administration duties
About you:
- Experience in a medium volume Accounts Payable (3+ years) and receivable
- environment - ideally within a manufacturing environment
- High attention to detail
- Strong analytical and numerical acumen
- Strong planning and prioritization skills; Ability to multitask.
- Experience with Attache Accounting Software highly desirable but not required
