Our client is a market leading organisation that continues to grow and build upon success already had and thereby seeking a like minded individual to join their Accounts Payable team on a full-time permanent basis within Melbourne's North West suburb of Caroline Springs.
The Responsibilities
The duties of the role will consist of the following; however, not exclusive to the following:
- Processing a high level of invoices on a daily basis
- Account and Statement reconciliations
- Supplier queries and concerns
- Preparing batch payments for payment to suppliers
- Dealing with foreign currency payments
- Other ad hoc accounts and admin duties
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate with obtain the following duties; however not limited to:
- Has worked within a similar role in a previous position
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong ability to adapt and learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
