Your job as Accounts Payable Officer consists out of:

• Reconciling Creditor accounts and statements including company credit cards.
• Scheduling Creditor accounts and scheduling for payment.
• Communicating and building relationships with key supplier and resolving queries.
• Working with others in the Admin team to promptly and accurately enter purchase orders and supplier invoices.
• Training and teaching administration trainee.
• Working closely with the CFO on cashflow and periodic reporting.
• Taking pride in ensuring accurate record keeping is a priority.
• Support and contribute to the family-based culture of our organisation.

To become our new Accounts Payable Officer, you need to have:

• Three or more years’ experience in an administrative role with a focus on Accounts payable procedures.
• Sound knowledge of accounting practices.
• Commitment to accuracy whilst maintaining task completion in line with administrative deadlines.
• A problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills.
• A drive to achieve results and see tasks through to completion.

The pumps are custom built for many different systems.
Our aim has always been to manufacture and design the most efficient and long-lasting pump.
The company has been very successful in producing a non-corrosive, highly efficient pump suitable for civil, re-use, industrial, aquaculture or, agriculture applications.
