At Tyrecycle we are continuing to expand and grow our business in 2024 and beyond, with recent new business acquisitions and new plants currently being built. To support this growth, this has now created an excellent new opportunity within our well established and experienced Finance team as Accounts Payable Officer, based at our Office in Somerton, Victoria.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Ensure creditor invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner.
- Raise Purchase Orders / Invoices
- Match Purchase Orders and Invoices, investigating any discrepancies.
- Assist with credit card and employee reimbursement claims.
- Assist with payment runs for creditors.
- Perform other ad-hoc Accounts Payable and finance tasks.
- Monitor the AP inbox
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in an Accounts Payable role in a high-volume environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including sound numeracy, literacy, and oral communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously and organise and prioritise work.
- Understanding of financial systems, preferably experience with Business Central/Navision or equivalent ERP and working knowledge of MS Excel.
