About the job:
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be part of our high performing and supportive finance team.
- Process end to end high-volume Accounts Payable function including:
- Process invoices in a timely, accurate and efficient manner;
- Reconcile supplier statements;
- Follow up missing invoices;
- Investigate and resolve any AP related queries;
- Prepare supplier payments;
- Manage the vendor Masterfile
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years Accounts Payable experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics i.e. NAV, D365
- Experience with ExFlow or similar P2P system
- Experience working in a large, fast paced environment with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Excellent communication and organisational skills including inbox management
- Able to work well as part of a large team as well as autonomously and manage own workload
