The Role
- Matching Purchase Orders and processing Invoices
- General ledger posting when required
- Payment runs
- Verifying the accuracy of purchase orders, contracts, and other documentation
- Accounts Payable reconciliations
- Corresponding with suppliers and resolving account queries
- Corresponding with internal customers on account queries
- Consistent fraud checks
- Ad hoc duties as required by the AP Manager and Finance Manager
The Person
- Previous Accounts Payable experience
- Excellent attention to detail, with problem solving skills and a basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ideally a self-motivated person who can work autonomously.
- Happy to work a office based role.
- Australian working rights, for a full-time, permanent position.
