An opportunity currently exists at our head office in Tottenham for a Part TimeAccounts Payable (3-4 days/week) for an immediate start.

About the Role:
As a member of our accounts team, you will be responsible for all aspects of Accounts Payable including:
- data entry to process supplier invoices for payment
- processing payments by cheque and EFT
- reconciliation of supplier/customer accounts (local and overseas)
- managing freights accounts
- bank statement and credit card reconciliation
- filing and ad hoc clerical duties to provide administrative support as necessary
About You:
The successful applicants will possess good, strong computer skills and will be fast and accurate, with an eye for detail and good customer service skills to deal with internal and external customers. They should be able to follow through and work to deadlines, and have the ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
