SalaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable / Payroll Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full function of Accounts Payable, handling approximately 200 invoices per month, as well as payroll administration. This role will primarily involve timesheet preparation, as our payroll is outsourced, and you will be working in Oracle Cloud OCS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process approximately 200 invoices per month in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare and submit timesheets for staff members monthly
- Liaise with outsourced payroll provider
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
- Reconcile Accounts Payable transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records
