Accounts Payable

Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated Accounts Payable to join their financial team.

Hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm

Reporting to the Managing Director and senior leadership team this position is responsible for the delivery of reporting services to the key stakeholders, including:

• Processing payroll - date entry, EFT Processing and payments, pay slips & invoicing
• Financial control and monitoring income and expenditure
• KPI analysis
• Producing core balance sheet and P&L reporting
• Preparation of annual financial statements, tax return on a timely basis
• Presentation of financial information to financial seniors and executive staff members
• Management of the external audit process
• Preparation of the monthly BAS
• Additional activities as required by financial seniors

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

• At least 2-3 years accounting experience
• At least 2-3 years of recent SAP + Xero experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication skills
