DBCEC (WA) Pty Ltd seeks an Accounts/Payroll/Bookkeeper to assist with office tasks and oversee financial aspects of our business.
Based at our workshop in Donnybrook, your role would include but not be limited to the following duties:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Process weekly Payroll for all employees
- Process Superannuation and Long Service Leave payments
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Preparing and remitting of BAS and Income Activity Statements
- Liaison with company accountant
- High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- General office administration duties
Desirable:
- Experience in a similar role would be highly regarded
- Experience with payroll is not essential but an advantage
Flexible working hours up to full-time (minimum 20 hours per week).
There is also a possibility of a “Job Share” role for the suitable candidate.
The successful candidate must be proficient in MYOB & Microsoft Office.
