To achieve this goal, we are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper to perform various finance and administration duties on a day-to-day basis.
Position Description: The group requires an experienced Bookkeeper to join the finance team and manage bookkeeping and reconciliations for a small group of companies. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, and supporting the organisation's financial operations. This unique opportunity offers a diverse range of tasks, making it ideal for someone with a multifaceted skill set.
About the role
This Bookkeeping role will be shared with the existing administration team.
It will include such duties but are not limited to:
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Payroll
- Data Entry
- Accurate processing of AR & AP invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Office Administration - Office all-rounder
- Duties to assist the Management Team and Directors
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in Bookkeeping and Office Administration, preferably in a multi-entity environment
- Demonstrated experience in using XERO and MYOB
- Medium to high-level Microsoft Excel user (and other MS products)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrable skills in self-discipline, time management and thriving working individually and as part of a team
- Adaptable with a willingness to learn new software programs
- A full, valid WA driving licence and residency visa
