SalaryGreat opportunity to join a well-established Real Estate Company in Accounting position and to work part-time.
All applicants must be experienced, accurate with an attention for detail, can work well in a team, are highly organised and know how to prioritise and complete tasks quickly.
Must be fluent in verbal and written English and understands the value of ‘Great service’.
Must have extensive experienced in all aspects of accounting.
Includes management of the Company's accounts.
Accounts payable and receivable.
Calculation and Management of payroll & employee entitlements.
Management of employee superannuation entitlements.
Preparation, Reporting and payment of BAS and PAYG payments.
Accounting and reporting to ATO.
Profit and Loss.
Trial Balance.
Bank reconciliation.
Includes data entry of Property Management invoices.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, emailing, photocopying, filing etc.
General Accounting and administration duties.
All applicants must have a sound knowledge of accounting that includes, payroll, BAS, journals, ledgers, statements and accounts payable and receivable.
Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in previous accounting positions.
Rate of pay: $32 per hour then increases to $35 after 3 months.
Permanent part-time.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday-10am-1.30pm.
