A position has now become available in our finance team, working in a small team you will be reporting to the Financial Controller and assisting in day to day finance operations. This opportunity will also suit candidates currently or planning on pursuing CPA/CA qualification.
Role
- Verifying and recording vendor invoices with high accuracy and organizing payment runs.
- Client billings and receiptings
- Verify timesheets and process payroll
- Reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards
- Manage debtors and reconcile accounts
- Assist in reconciling ledger accounts
- Assist FC in preparing management reports, KPI reports etc
- Maintain FAR and intercompany loan accounts
Skills
- Working knowledge of accounting package such as MYOB/Xero.
- Proficient user of Microsoft excel
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and meeting timelines
- Hands on and proactive
