Qualifications & experience
- At least 4 years experience in a similar role
- Exposure to accounting and payroll systems would be required. MYOB payroll experience is advantages
- Experience in dealing with suppliers and internal staff and managing a number of accounts payable invoices on weekly basis
Tasks & responsibilities
- Timesheet and payroll processing on weekly basis
- Accounts Payable - Order matching to invoices for input into MYOB. Process weekly and monthly payable cycles. Reconciliation of accounts
- Admin duties including reception and support admin duties. Supporting senior managers in clerical functions as required.
