The Role
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable person to join our head office finance team located in East Kew (VIC) for four days per week. Our ideal candidate would have relevant experience, a 'can do' attitude and an eagerness to learn various tasks.
Working within the Finance Team your responsibilities will include assisting in:
- Resident billing for our Aged Care
- Accounts Receivable
- Reconciliations
- Handle resident billing enquiries
- Online banking support and payment receipting
- Other duties as required
To be successful for this role you must have the following:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills and Excel skills
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- Willingness to learn
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- a Current Police Check or willingness to obtain same
