This is a great opportunity to join Doutta Galla Aged Services as an Accounts Receivable / Billing Officer reporting to the Senior Finance Customer Service Officer You will be part of a hardworking and committed team in the not-for-profit sector About the role: The Accounts Receivable / Billing Officer is responsible for administering the centralised Accounts Receivable for Doutta Galla Aged Services. Duties will include: Processing resident applications for admission and preparing contracts for execution. Ensuring resident agreements and other associated documents are issued and collected in a timely manner. Ensuring accurate and prompt processing of all resident information including new admissions, discharges, and transfers. Preparing monthly billing for all residents and facilitating the timely collection of fees. Accurately maintaining all relevant records for residents including fees & charges, Refundable Accommodation Bonds, Unit Lease Sales. Responding to resident financial queries from stakeholders.
