Our client is a leading entity in the health space, operating across 100 countries globally. They are excited to welcome a new member to join the finance team, to assist in the continuing growth of the business and contribute to changing the lives of families around the world.
Job Description
Your main job duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Managing Funding: Monthly invoicing, statements, and reconciliations
- Monitoring overspend and exceptions to facilitate escalations
- Weekly billing, imports, and reconciliations
- Relationship management with clients, including onboarding and discharges
- Managing online claims, funding, and interactions with government departments
- AR reporting, follow ups and prompt debt collection
- Direct debit administration and stakeholder management
- Supporting quality initiatives and operational audits
- Contributing to improvements and automations in the billing and finance systems
- Supporting the financial month-end processes, reporting, and audits
The successful candidate will have at least 1 - 2 years of AR experience, ideally within the health-care industry however not mandatory. They will have great attention to detail, be proactive and act with speed and accuracy. They must have a can-do attitude and contribute to the culture of the business.
