Accounts Receivable Consultant

• Reconciliation of payments
• Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting Accounts Receivable data
• Reconciling the Accounts Receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and accurately posted
• Supporting the month end process
• Generating receivables' reports
• Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
• Communicate with customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
• Collect payment from customers/clients and accurately record it into the system
• Create reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses
• Update client accounts based on payment or contact information.

Requirements

• Min of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages
• Experience performing full function Accounts Receivable duties
