How you’ll play your part:
- Day-to-Day AR Magic: You’ll be at the heart of our Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring the smooth processing of payments, managing the AR mailbox, and staying on top of debts like a pro.
- Master of Reconciliation: Reconcile key accounts to ensure all payments are accurately allocated and dive into resolving any invoicing discrepancies or disputes.
- Customer Service Extraordinaire: Provide exceptional service to our stakeholders, resolving concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
You're a great fit if you:
- Experience: You've rocked a similar role for 2+ years and have a proven track record of getting debts paid on time.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, intermediate Excel proficiency, and impeccable time management. Your attention to detail is second to none!
- Attitude: A positive, proactive, and can-do attitude. You're motivated to drive improvement and support the team.
