Your new role
Focusing on providing service to customers regarding their outstanding accounts and collection of over dues, this role will include tasks such as;
- Full function credit control, dealing with all debtors to adhere to agreed payment terms
- Liaising internally with key stakeholders in the business
- Minimising the aged debts
- Resolving any collections issues
- Account reconciliations
- Updating customer files within the ERP system
- Taking payment via credit card and AMEX
- Allocations of payments to customers multiple accounts
- Phone enquiries
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a solid track record in collections, credit or Accounts Receivable roles where they have dealt with commercial customers and maintained strong relationships with repeat business users. You will need to have;
- Exposure to a large ERP system
- At least three years' experience in a similar role
- A positive attitude
- The ability to be able to act independently in problem-solving and work under pressure and meet deadlines as required is essential.
- Resilience is a MUST
